MY SERVICES
1. What is it?
Multidimensional massage is my signature treatment, which involves different styles and techniques I have been learning and developing over the years. I use hot oil and essential oils during the session.
The whole treatment is a ritual in which I honour your being and make sure you receive love, care and attention you deserve,
I always stay present and respond to your body.
I use mainly my hands but might use other parts of my body as well, such as my feet, forearms, elbows, knees. I sometimes use sound, breath and words of affirmations. I melt your tension and help to create space in your body for your energy to flow freely.
In my space you can connect to yourself, your emotions, your needs, your truth and your essence.
This treatment goes beyond a massage and the more open and trusting you are the more you will be able to receive.
2. What happens during the massage?
I start with asking you some questions. When we are ready I request you to take off as much clothes as you are comfortable with (being nude is not only accepted but also encouraged in my space). I start the massage with focusing on your intention and a prayer, I then connect and ask your body for permission. Once I feel that you are open I enter your energy and physical body. I start with a very light touch to give your body time to build trust towards me. After that I apply the oil and start using various types of touch, which are a mix of deep tissue, soft, sensual and emotional release techniques. Your body might react in different ways and I welcome all expressions. You might start making sounds or movements, you might feel arousal, heat and/or cold, energy waves going through your body and emotions surfacing and releasing. You might have visions or see colours or even have involuntary body movements. People often describe the session with me as a spiritual or sacred experience.

How do I know you are the right therapist for me?
Close your eyes, breathe and feel into your body. Bring me into your awareness. Pay attention to what feelings and body sensations arise for you. Notice your heart beat and the sensations around your chest and belly. Your body has all the answers. Your mind might find all sort of excuses and explanations why should you trust me or not but the body will tell you the truth. Listen to your intuition.
How can i prepare?
Take some time to feel into your intention and what you really want. Take a shower beforehand- wash your body in a loving way. Think of any questions you might have for me. Don't eat right before. Try to be aware of your feelings and your body- start connecting to yourself before we meet.
can you help me on emotional level?
Absolutely. People often come with an intention to connect to their emotions, to feel them more deeply, to bring their emotions to the surface and release them. It takes a lot of courage to show up this way and open up on a deeper level in front of another human. It does not have to happen during the first session but the more we work together the more we establish trust between each other.
do you provide naturist massage?
I encourage you to be naked as it is beautiful and healing to show up this way in a presence of another human. However, I myself am not naked during the massage. It is a very clear in my system that I am the giver and the person receives my treatment. It is not about me, it is about you. I am a part of your experience but the focus is on you.
What are your boundaries?
I absolutely do not offer sex (including oral)- I have a deep awareness of the sacredness of my body and it can not be entered by purchasing it. I also do not ever kiss during the session. Use common sense, treat me with respect, do not push or force anything, if unsure about something- ask. It goes both ways- I would never violate your boundaries and always ask what you are comfortable with.
I have an unusual request, can you help?
I have a lot of understanding and empathy for people. If you want to explore something 'unusual'' with me- ask. I accomodate different kind of requests as long as I am being respected. Don't be shy and ask me- I know how healing it is to be fully accepted.
why are your massages so ''long''?
I offer 2 and 3 hour treatments. I am also open to longer sessions- ask me to discuss. The reason why is because the body needs time to really drop into this wonderful state of surrender. The mind needs time to quiet down. I need time to melt your tension, to share my energy, to explore your being. I do not like rushing through this experience. Think about it as a difference between fast food and fine dining- I think you know where I belong.
why are your massages so ''expensive''?
It is about quality. Knowing what I do, how much of myself I share and what I have done to be where I am today I would not feel valued enough to charge standard prices for my treatments as they are not standard massages.. I am aware that I could charge more but I still want to be accessible to different kinds of people.
are your massages sensual?
Look at me, watch my videos, feel me - I embody sensuality. I cannot not be sensual. Therefore, my sensuality can be felt through my touch. If you crave to connect with this part of yourself I am your perfect match. You will learn a lot about yourself through interactions with me. I can help you to tap into it within yourself- we all have it. Please note that I do not offer escort services.
erotic/ b2b vs multidimensional massage ?
I've had many clients who come to me after experiencing many erotic types of massages that never fulfilled them. Usually, it is because these type of experiences are very flat. The women providing them (often not qualified at all in working with the body) focus only on increasing the sexual arousal and providing the relief in the end. I provide a whole, well- rounded experience in which energy moves in different ways, it can be simultaneously relaxing and arousing. In this space men and women can often heal from their patterns of having to perform as nothing is expected of them. The erection and orgasm are not the goal of the treatment. What is more, I actually connect to people and open my heart to them- it is not mechanic, it is not empty- I do truly care about each one of you.
do you provide tantra massage ?
Every time someone ask me this question I must ask them- what do you understand by it? I ask because the understanding of Tantra varies from person to person and in our culture this term is being used interchangeably with simple erotic massages. Am I qualified in Tantra? I have the certificate, I did the course, I gave some out of body experiences to people and many used this word to describe what I do. But I am not comfortable using this term to describe my massages because I feel in my heart what Tantra truly is. In fact, I am yet to meet the person who can provide a true tantric experience. Out of all people in my course (including the instructors) and various tantric therapists I met I do not think any of them can really provide it. Knowing the techniques is not enough. Tantra became just a fancy word for erotic massage and I feel what we do with it is just a cultural appropriation of something we have a very little understanding of.
What I understood is that usually when people want a ''tantric massage'' is either because they want a happy ending or they crave a deep connecion with another and wish to have a spiritual experience through the body. I can co create this beautiful experience with you and we do not need to put labels on it. However, if all you really want is a hand relief you can save your money by going to any massage parlour that offers just that.

my name is Marta.
I am a qualified massage therapist and my primary love language is touch.
Over the years, I have been traveling a lot, interacting with many healers, body workers and wise Masters.

Massage opened a path that totally transformed my life.
I used to be disconnected from my body, others and myself. My heart was closed. I was ruled by fear, shame and guilt.
I realised I was depressed, traumatised, broke and lonely.
Through massage and exploration of my body I started to heal my wounds and open new possibilities that led me to a space I could not even imagine was possible .
I have witnessed incredible transformations, openings and deeply touching moments during my massages. I realised how powerful the touch is and how much we have neglected it. I truly believe we can transform and heal so much through the body.

- Trauma and disconnecting from our bodies
has a profound negative impact on our lives.-
At the age of 19 I was abused by a man, right after being beaten up on the street by his female companion.
I was already in a vulnerable state and this trauma pushed me even deeper into addictions, depression and anxiety.
To protect myself, I disconnected from my body and started to escape to my safe space- fantasising about the future and dwelling in hate, regrets and desire to revenge.
I spent 5 years of my life in this state while drowning myself in alcohol.
When I thought I had no desire to live anymore I was guided to start working with the body. Soon after enrolling to my first massage course,
my life started to change rapidly and drastically.
After years of numbness I felt myself again and saw the light in the end of the tunnel. Because I felt love and respect for my body I decided to quit drinking alcohol. The right assistance appeared in the form of mother ayahuasca and I stopped over night.
I am now happily 8 years sober.
I am trying to be a good role model for my daughter and live a vibrant and rich life full of love.
How working with my body and bodies of others changed my life?
I started to feel deep love and compassion for the people I was touching.
I could feel their essence, beyond their armours, beyond any judgement, beyond their appearance. I started to feel deeply connected to others.
Receiving touch was also incredibly healing to me. Being in a safe space where my body was touched with love and presence was slowly transforming me.
I realised that this is my path, it was clear to me that I am here to help people and body was my access point.
After 8 years of working with people and massaging thousands of bodies
I understood that:
